This is my friend Adam. This is the room in which we stayed until March 18th. I flew home on March 25th, celebrated my birthday on the 26th, and returned to Carleton for spring term on the 30th. During Spring term our brewing operation really took off. You should check us out at threeoaksbrew.com.
I spent the summer in Olympic National Park, in Washington State, leading a backpacking/mountaineering trip for 16-year-olds.
I spent some time with my family in Washington.
And some time with my extended family in Santa Maria, California.
And today, August 25th, I return to Cairo for a full semester at the American University.
